Shipping

  • How will my order be shipped?

    We'll carefully package your printed flags and hardware and ship with FedEx Ground, unless you need them faster - please talk to our sales team if you need to upgrade to FedEx Express shipping.

  • Where do Boost Flags ship from?

    Our distribution warehouse is in Raleigh, NC and we aim to ship all orders within 24hrs once they have passed our internal QC checks.

Payment

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Online orders are processed through PayPal's credit card processing platform. We also accept purchase orders from certain companies - please contact our sales team to discuss your order and payment terms.

Orders

  • Will I see a proof before my order is printed?

    Absolutely! Our design team will help finalize your flag layout and then we'll produce a final print proof for you to approve before production.

  • How do I complete my order?

    Please place your order online and upload your logo or a completed design template. We'll then be in touch within a few hours (during business hours!) to discuss next steps.
